The industry has enough of them already. What it doesn’t have, though, is space for business owners to network, develop their sales skills and talk about taboo topics like money, marketing and the fact that passion won’t pay the bills without strategy.
Until now!
Make it Happen is a first-of-its-kind business and marketing event for language education business owners.
Filled with perspective-shifting talks and conversations designed to turn your ideas into action, this is the event for language professionals who want to accelerate their growth and build businesses that make as much money as they make impact.
If you run a business in the language world, you’re welcome here.
Marketing and sales are new skills for most teachers. So we’re not expecting you to be a business expert, have a million followers or be making tons of money to join.
That’s not what this is about.
We’re creating space for you (yes, you) to develop these skills alongside other business owners. So whether you’ve got a course that isn’t selling, an audience you can’t monetise or no idea what steps to take next, we’re here to help you figure it out.
Because as the name suggests, this event is all about making it happen.
Move your business forward
Outline a new offer, create a manageable content plan and clarify the key messages that make people listen before learning to sell in an authentic, human way.
Connect with other business owners
Feel at home among people who understand the rollercoaster ride of owning a business and who are here to support you along the way.
Overcome your biggest business challenges
Focusing exclusively on the sales and marketing side of running a language business, we’ll make sure you leave Warsaw knowing what action to take next.
Take time away from your business
Step away from the day-to-day challenges of doing everything, and enjoy space to learn, think, brainstorm and take action on your big, bold ideas.
You’ll join four action-packed workshops, which balance input with action so you don’t just walk away with more knowledge, but more clarity over your offer, content, copy and sales skills.
As the event name suggests, today is all about Making it Happen. So, bring a blank notepad - you’re going to need it!
A charming town known for its beautiful architecture, lush green spaces, and thriving business scene. Regularly ranked among the best places to live and work in the UK, Leamington blends historic elegance with modern innovation.
Our venue is right at the heart of it all. We’ll spend the day in the breathtaking Riverside Glasshouse, overlooking the River Leam through floor-to-ceiling windows, giving you even more space to think, strategise, and plan your next big move in your language business.
Leamington is only 30 minutes away from Birmingham Airport (BHX) or just over an hour from London.
Just a stone’s throw from Warwick Castle, Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon, and the beautiful Cotswolds, there’s plenty to see in the area.

FAQ
Does this include travel, food and accommodation?
No. Your ticket includes access to the event and to a light lunch and coffee and tea on the day and a post-event follow up session (details TBC, but it will be in Leamington).
When should I arrive and depart from Warsaw?
If you are travelling from outside the Uk we recommend arriving Wednesday and leaving Friday- unless you want to make a long weekend of it.
What if I need to cancel?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend the event, you can transfer your ticket to someone else free of charge until the 20th September.
Can I bring a guest?
Only ticket holders can attend the event, but by all means bring a guest to Leamington! They’re welcome to join the evening networking (if they don’t mind being surrounded by language nerds).
Will I learn anything new at this event?
We hope so! It's going to be a unique combo of lightning talks to create lightbulb moments and guided Masterminding to actually move your business forward.
Each session will likely teach you something new, but don’t think you’ll just get knowledge. The whole idea is that you leave with an action plan to Make it Happen.
SO… SEE YOU IN LEAMINGTON?
